Among other strong suits such as quantitative and qualitative analysis, Teri is very social and inherently proficient at interpersonal communication and the fine nuances of working with people of different backgrounds and ages. She is intuitively aware of the benefits of "listening to understand", finding solutions to problems, and creating opportunities while at the same time being collaborative with colleagues and clients, contributing to a pleasant environment with everyone she is engaged with.
After exploring different life experiences, including her tenure as a Microbiologist at Wasatch & Squatters Brewery and starting her own company designing, manufacturing, and marketing swimsuits online and sold worldwide, Teri decided to obtain her Real Estate License in Utah in February 2017. She later joined the Summit Sotheby's International Realty branch in Park City, Utah and fell in love with the company culture and commitment to excellence. Since relocating to Portland, Oregon, she has joined the Cascade Sotheby's International Realty branch to continue providing extraordinary services to Buyers and Sellers.
While Teri is Canadian born, she has lived most of her life in the States, namely Hawaii and Utah. After high school, Teri received her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Westminster College, a small liberal arts school in Salt Lake City, Utah. Teri is an avid skier and hiker and enjoying the outdoors is one of her many passions. She is also well traveled, having taken extended trips in Southeast Asia, Europe, and Central America where she found appreciation for the beauty of different cultures and customs.
